This notice explains what personal data this site collects, what it is used for and how you can control it. It is written under Mexico's federal data protection law, which governs how we operate.
XUX is responsible for processing the personal data this site collects.
For anything related to your data, including exercising your rights, write to hola@xux.info.
When you fill in the contact form: your name, work email and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and whatever message you write.
When you book a meeting: your name, email and the answers you give in the booking form. Bookings are processed through Calendly.
When you browse the site: we use a visitor analytics service that can identify the company you are visiting from and, if you connect from the United States, identify you individually.
Our server logs record the path visited, the response code and how long it took. They do not store your IP address.
To answer your request, book and hold the sales conversation, and follow up on it.
To understand which companies are interested in the service and improve the site.
We do not sell your data or use it for anything beyond the above.
Calendly, to schedule meetings. It receives your name, email and your booking form answers.
Apollo.io, the visitor analytics service described above.
Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces and therefore receives your IP address when the page loads.
Fly.io, where the site is hosted.
Each processes your data under its own policies. We do not share your data with anyone else or transfer it for purposes other than running this service.
We set one first-party cookie, xux_lang, which only remembers which language you prefer. It lasts a year and you can delete it from your browser.
The analytics service mentioned above may use its own cookies or identifiers. If you would rather avoid it, block third-party scripts in your browser or use a blocking extension; the site still works.
You have the right to access your data, correct it if inaccurate, delete it when you consider it is no longer needed, and object to its processing. You may also withdraw any consent you have given us.
To exercise any of these, write to hola@xux.info stating what you want. We will respond within twenty business days at most.
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico's data protection authority, INAI.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the visitor analytics described above requires your prior consent under the GDPR. This site does not currently ask for that consent, so if you would rather not be tracked, block third-party scripts before browsing it.
If you are in the United States, you can email us to ask that we not sell or share your information.
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this same page and update the date in the header.
